Return Policy
Chain Isolation.
Because MedikRex deals strictly in pure chemical agents and calibrated analytical compounds, we enforce absolute barriers to entry for unverified external materials.
Biosecurity Restraint
Unsolicited inbound deliveries sent to our storage locations without an explicitly assigned Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking barcode are automatically rejected at the intake dock and destroyed as chemical waste.
01 // Absolute Seal Enforcement
To guarantee the structural integrity and validation baseline of our stock, returns are only accepted if the original vacuum packaging, security seals, and container caps are 100% intact and uncompromised. Once a bottle, vial, or Mylar barrier is opened, exposed to atmospheric conditions, or handled inside an external facility, its chain of custody is permanently broken, making a return impossible.
02 // Return Window Restrictions
Eligible requests for material reversals must be initiated within a strict 14-day window following physical delivery validation by the courier network. Any allocation reversal requests submitted after this 14-day operational parameter has elapsed will be permanently closed by our system.
03 // Routing & Logistics Accountability
The purchasing entity or researcher assumes full financial liability and physical risk for coordinating the return transport of eligible materials. All return items must travel via tracked, insured courier pipelines. MedikRex does not subsidize inbound shipping costs or take liability for packages lost during return transit.
04 // Processing & Verification Cycles
Upon secure intake at our sorting station, returned items pass through a rigorous physical assessment and chemical purity evaluation block to confirm the seals match factory parameters. Once cleared, an equivalent capital credit or direct financial refund will be generated within 5 business days, minus a standardized 15% restocking and lab verification fee.
