  • Unopened products in original sealed packaging Can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

What You Cannot Return

Opened or Used Products

Opened or used products (medicines, creams, sprays, supplements, etc.) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This protects all customers from potential contamination.

Return Process

  • Approval Required All returns must be approved by customer service before sending items back.
  • Return Shipping Return shipping costs are paid by the customer for non-faulty items.
  • Timeline Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Types of Refunds

Standard Returns (Unopened Products)

  • Product Cost Refund Full refund of the product price after approved return.
  • Shipping Costs Original shipping costs are not refunded for standard returns.
  • Return Shipping Customer pays return shipping for non-faulty items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Full Protection

For faulty or incorrect items, you receive a full refund or free replacement β€” we cover return shipping costs.

  • Full Refund Product cost + original shipping refunded.
  • Free Replacement Alternative product sent at no cost.
  • Return Shipping Covered We pay for return shipping on faulty/incorrect items.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid via Bitcoin, refunds are processed in the same currency. Bank transfer refunds are issued to the original account.

No Returns on Opened Items

Medicines, creams, sprays, supplements, and similar products cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety regulations.

Custom or Special Orders

Damaged in Transit
