Opened or used products (medicines, creams, sprays, supplements, etc.) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This protects all customers from potential contamination.

How to Start a Return

Standard Returns (Unopened Products)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Full Protection
For faulty or incorrect items, you receive a full refund or free replacement β we cover return shipping costs.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid via Bitcoin, refunds are processed in the same currency. Bank transfer refunds are issued to the original account.

Hygiene & Safety Products
No Returns on Opened Items
Medicines, creams, sprays, supplements, and similar products cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Custom or Special Orders
Some special or custom orders may have different return terms. Contact customer service for clarification before ordering.
Damaged in Transit
If products arrive damaged, contact us immediately at service@medikrex.eu. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.
